seriusly, tink i shld become some freelance writer. haha. dunno y but i recently in e mood 2 give some commentary. haha. abit tounge in cheek n not always politically correct. hmm, wat 2dy? well, i guess ill crap abt those singaporeans wif fake slangs.yep. do u get annoyed by ppl who 'code switch' wenever theyr talkin to some westerner? well, approach one such a person n ask y. n e answer wld b tt 'singlish is too hard 4 these ppl 2 understand. so im tryin to accomodate em' oh pbbftt! please. like u code switch wen ure talkin to some china chinese or indian indian. chances r, tis bloody hypocrite will b mockin at their slangs. tis all boils down to the imbedded colonial mentality. well, in other words, ure acceptin tt ure inferior to tt race. yep. fools. as for me, i dont gif a heck if tt ang moh duzznt understand me. case in pt, i talked 2 my ex's parents n friends in singlish. they understood perfectly (or so i tink). bahz. theyr even using colloquials such as 'lah'.in skool, there r lotsa these ppl (not pointin out who). while i accept tt some of these ppl seriusly, well, i mean genuinely do haf this accents, it still irks me. y? coz its juz not natural! nahh, im not angry at yall. oh yea, last wk, i was out at serene (as usual) n saw this grp of ppl. dunno if i told tis b4 or not but there was this one chinese lady wif a caucasian la k. so she was all sophisticated english n stuff n i tot well, she muz b 4rm hong kong judgin by her fluent english. haha. so e lady's fone rang n she came a little 2 my side (which was near 2 e dry cleaners where students usually study) n started talkin in the best singlish ive ever heard. hokkien swear words included. haha. imagine how i was laffin my innards out wen i realised tis lady was fakin it (pretty well even if i do say so myself). oh yea, as soon as e call was over, i heard her say 'oh, it was juz some friend of mine, darling. an old friend i play mahjong with. that git bag wants me to lend her some cash. poor thing, living in a HDB and all'. at tt pt in time i was like wth?!! look whos talking! n 4rm wat i comprehend, she was talkin to her sister la. haha.aniway, back to my pt. stop faking it. hmm... tis brings me to question. is mr anand's slang real? haha.
